Whenever there’s a family birthday, we head straight to Guadalajara’s Mexican Restaurant in Spearfish. Not only will they give you a birthday dessert, but they’ll whip out those singing voices and a sombrero hat! Who knew one could look so fetching in a giant sombrero! Not only is it ranked as one of our most beloved restaurants, but you won’t find any pre-processed Tex-Mex here. The restaurant is owned by a Hispanic family, and the food is as close as being in Guadalajara as a Midwest girl can get! If stop by, try the fried ice cream!
